Workshops & Events

In addition to presenting art exhibitions, the MSC VAC also presents programs in which students, faculty, staff, and the general public can participate. These programs include lectures, opening receptions, artist residencies, workshops, art activities, and other special events. For up-to-date information on all of VAC programs, please like us on Facebook.

All Receptions will take place in the Reynolds Gallery unless otherwise stated.

 

September 28, 2017 — Architecture that Speaks: the Work of S.C.P. Vosper at Texas A&M University, 7 to 9 p.m.

November 30, 2017 — Neo-Pointillism by Gavin Rain, 7 to 9 p.m.

February 1, 2018 — Salam: curated by the Muslim Student Association and MSC Visual Arts Committee7 to 9 p.m.

March 8, 2018 — ArtFest 2018, 7 to 9 p.m.

April 26, 2018 — Aggie Minds, 7 to 9 p.m.

February 26–27, 2018 — ArtFest submissions open, between 9 – 5 p.m. in the Student Programs Office. Submission cost is $5 per piece.
